General Policy


SHIPPING:

Orders are packed and shipped during business days only (Monday - Friday) and are shipped within 3 -5 business days from the order confirmation date, unless one of your items is a made to order product, or if it is out-of-stock and requires us to reproduce it. If the item is out-of-stock or we need to reproduce it, we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss the production timeframe.

*If we do not have an item in stock and need to reproduce it, please expect a longer delay in shipping. We will contact you to discuss shipping times.
*It may take longer than usual during holiday season.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Zampa Couture Inc., accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us, then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.

PayPal

If you make your purchase using PayPal or PayPal Express, we will begin to process your order only AFTER we receive payment through PayPal. If there is a hold on payment, then your order will not be processed or shipped until funds are released and paid to Zampa Couture Inc.

Return Policy:

We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
The customer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
Please Note: For international orders, Zampa Couture Inc. does not reimburse for Duties/Tariffs paid.

*Refunds will be given in the form of store credit only.

For any returns or exchanges please email info@zampacouture.com for authorization and instructions.
  • Please include the name of the person who ordered it and the invoice or purchase order number in your email.
  • Please indicate the reason for the return or exchange and indicate if you are requesting a refund or an exchange for another item
  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product and must be received within 21 calendar days from receiving date to receive a credit or exchange. Returns received beyond 21 calendar days from receiving will receive an online store credit or exchange only. Tracking code for your returned package must be provided to us.
  • All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in original packaging with tags attached and maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor credits or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition.
Returns and Exchanges:
 
Defective merchandise must be returned within 21 days of initial claim for credit or exchange only.
  • No returns allowed on worn, used or washed products due to hygiene issue.
  • Item must be returned with original packaging and tags without damage.
  • No dog hair, smell, stains on items, and any other sign of use.
  • Original shipping charges non-refundable.
  • Gift Certificate cannot be refunded.
You must contact us within 30 days of order placement if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
For the first exchange of an item, you pay shipping/handling charges for the exchange. If a second exchange is necessary, shipping/handling fee will be applied.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
 
Exchanges:

When exchanging one item for another, the value of the returned item will be applied as a credit towards the new item you are requesting. If the price of the new item is higher, we will charge you for the difference. If the price of the new item is lower, we will issue you a store credit (provided your return was received within 30 calendar days from date of invoice).
Your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received. We suggest you list several style numbers and note in the comments section which is your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice. OR, specify that you would like to receive an Online Store Credit. If your exchange is out of stock or on back order, a store credit will be issued.
Defective merchandise must be returned within 21 days of initial claim for credit or exchange only.
 
Limitation of Liability

Zampa Couture Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Zampa Couture Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Sizing


Take your measurements accordingly

Your little one needs the best outfits. So, you must take accurate measurements. It isn’t worthwhile to have a gear that doesn’t fit at all. We also worry about parasites and do not offer any refunds or exchanges for used attires that don’t match. Therefore, we have put together a perfect guide to help you measure your dog’s correct size.

Neck

• Wrap the tape around the neck where the collar should rest.
• Ensure it is close-fitting but not too tight.
• For comfort, ensure you add one extra inch to the measurement.

Chest (or Girth)

The chest is essential for shirts, polos and light jackets. Place the tape around the broadest part of your dog’s rib cage. That is the area, behind the front legs or elbows.
• Ensure your tape is snug but not too tight.

Measuring the body length

• Get your dog to stand upright on its legs to ensure your measurement is accurate.
• Place the tape at the base of the neck where it joins the shoulder.
• Now, extend the loose end of the tape along the spine until it reaches the base of the tail.
